Review 1:I'm a bulk buyer. I admit that I do it for the value it represents, both in money and time. AND right now, these Bounty Huge Rolls are a great deal.
Timewise, I love that I can buy these --this current lot came via Amazon's Vine program, of course-- put them in the basement and not have to make multiple trips to the grocery store, lugging bulky paper towels to and from the car. This is especially true as we don't use many and 12 of these huge rolls should last us a year.
As for the size of the rolls, I think they're great. Being positively stingy with my time, I don't have to refill so often and I appreciate that. (I buy super sized TP as well because it annoys me to have to frequently refill.Tags: toilet paper,
toilet paper tissue,toilet paperAs for Bounty Towels, I know there are cheaper brands per foot, but in our experience is isn't worth buying them. For our spills, paint jobs, cat hairballs, etc., Bounty works better. You can scrub, rinse, squeeze out, and reuse most of the time. Which is definitely better than going through inferior towel after towel.
As for shipping, mine came in a large box with a long piece of wadded up paper. I don't know why the paper was there because the rolls are in a there own individual plastic cover, inside the larger plastic carrying cover, and it's unlikely that it could anything to protect the towels. (The kids flattened the paper out and drew on it. They are currently using the box as either a Tardis or a boat.)
THE only thing I could think that could make this better is that they have a pick-a-size option. Lets face it, some jobs are only half-a-sheet large, and we eco-frugal people only want to use the least we product we can.

Bounty paper towels are top quality paper towels, but this review is more for the concept of ordering them over the internet from Amazon, than your local grocery or department store. I was a little skeptical that I'd be getting a good deal, but the paper towels that arrived are these "Huge" rolls that I'd never seen (or noticed in stores before). And with the Subscribe & Save discount, no sales tax, and free shipping, there is nothing to lose! Plus they arrive at your doorstep which to me is easier than driving to the local department store and lugging the huge package of paper towels from the shelf to your cart to the checkout counter back to your cart to your trunk and then to your house. You know instantly what price you are getting and you don't have to shop around for the best sales price that week. Love this concept. I'm a convert!

These rolls are huge! Each one lasts my wife and me about 2-3 weeks and we use them as napkins as well. They are very soft and do a great job wiping up spills. Very convenient to get them in this quantity, sure beats picking up a pack of small rolls at the grocery store every week. Will probably go with the 12 count next time. I ordered the 8 count after reading reviews and being put off by the comments in regards to the box size being so large. It's true; even with the smaller quantity I ordered, the box was quite large. However, when I unpacked them, the rolls themselves don't take up an unreasonable amount of room and can be stored easily. Is helps that they are also wrapped in plastic (not individually, though).

I purchase these regularly from Amazon and have them on auto-ship which is convenient and saves me even more money. These Bounty rolls of paper towels are just HUGE, lasting much longer than any other brand I've tried and are super absorbant, yet still soft and pliable. They have a sort of quilted texture, yet no lint or excess loose fiber to stick to glass surfaces or your face or hands. I live in an efficiency apartment with stairs and just hate having to lug in bulky items constantly. Having these sent in quantity directly to my door is such a treat as it means I just have to sort of hump the large packing box in the door and rotate it across the floor to a corner or closet/cupboard for storage. So great not to constantly run out of paper towels!
These are my pick now of quality towels, beating out even my once special favorites, ultra thick Viva, Scott, and Brawny. These Bounty stand up to the worst messes and don't fall apart after even heavy use. I once even left one standing in a little hot dish water overnight and it was still intact and actually useable the next morning. Most paper towels, even the higher end brands, would have been clumps of wet goo after 8 hours sitting in hot soapy water, but not this one! Highly recommended if you want a dense, super absorbant, WHITE paper towel at a reasonable price in bulk, yet with the softness of cloth.

They are big, absorb a lot, and don't leave lint anywhere. I like surprising people by telling them that Amazon will actually deliver paper towels to my front door, so +1 for that. I use washable dishrags for most needs that others fulfill via paper towels, so this count of six rolls actually lasts me for a full year. Fast shipping by Amazon and good price!
